Her web design clientele has varied greatly. The list includes, among others, a capital investment firm, a medical practice, voiceover talent, an auto dealership brokerage, a safety glass manufacturer, a theatrical special effects manufactuer, a cabinetmaking company, a cartoonist, a non-profit organization for the visually impaired, an environmental engineer, a children's novelty bed manufacturer, a hospital, a commercial design firm, a futures and options trader, a national pasta sauce wholesaler, a consulate general, as well as several consulting companies, authors, homebuilders, staffing firms, mortgage brokers, universities and industrial/ manufacturing companies. She has also worked as the web design arm of local advertising/marketing companies. Her client base is spread throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Julie is a 1993 graduate of Northwestern University, a member of the Chicago Chapter of the Association for Internet Professionals and has taught HTML classes at Motorola University.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with husband, Greg, and sons, Fuller and Charlie, visiting family throughout the country, attending theatre performances, and playing competitive soccer.
